該設備採用四輪獨立懸掛、獨立驅動、獨立調向結構，能夠根據指令任意組合動力系統姿態，行走出普通設備無法完成的路線。
本設備採用北斗差分定位系統爲導航設備，實現釐米級的定位精度，設備具備一定的路徑規劃和自主避障能力，可根據控制指令到達目標位置，設備承載力10KG，平路行進速度50km/h。
